SEMINAR DETAILS

This seminar is open to students of all levels and will focus on combatives tactics which include punches, elbows, knees, and kicks. Also advanced takedowns including hip throws, led sweeps and sacrifice throws. Participants should be prepared for a full day of training.

COST: $85 per person (pay day of the event at the front desk)
